2016年，万商天勤在探索律所管理模式改革的道路上走出了意义非凡的第一步——“平台（万商天勤律师事务所）+管理（万商天勤管理公司）+资本（鼎颂商事争议解决支持平台）”，在“一个平台，双轮驱动”的战略指导下，未来两至三年内，万商天勤将在中国大陆按照区域中心+卫星城市的布局稳步推进新办公室的设立，同时还将注重执业风险的控制及管理经验的积累。在不久的将来，万商天勤的大平台必将呈现出蓬勃向上的发展态势。

原则上，区域中心城市的办公室规模将控制在150人以内，卫星城市办公室规模将控制在50—60人左右。在人才引进方面，万商天勤将遵循“平台开放，专业托底”的原则。

Each regional central city office will be limited to 150 people, however, approximately 50 to 60 people for each satellite office. In terms of talent introduction, V&T will follow the principle of “open platform, professionalism-oriented”.

Wan Shang Law Firm was founded in Shenzhen.

Wan Shang opened its Shanghai office in March, 2005.

Celebration of Wan Shang's 10th Anniversary.

Wan Shang merged with Saide Tianqin, and then set up V&T offices in Beijing, Shenzhen and Shanghai in June, 2008.

V&T Law Firm opened its Chengdu office in August, 2011.

Celebration of V&T's 20th Anniversary was held in Shenzhen. 

V&T Law Firm opened its Wuhan office and Manchester office in December, 2017

Dispute resolution is a foundation core leading practice of our firm. With considerable amount of practical experience in litigation, arbitration and enforcement, V&T has represented a large number of clients and has successfully handled many major challenging and difficult civil, commercial and administrative cases domestically and internationally. For instance, V&T was entrusted by the Ministry of Commerce to intervene in a WTO dispute regarding China’s export restrictions on raw materials to the US, EU, and Mexico. V&T also represented Shenzhen People's Government Hong Kong-Shenzhen Western Corridor Office on an arbitration case regarding a construction dispute of the Shenzhen Bay Bridge.

The criminal prosecution team focuses on gathering and researching criminal law, judicial interpretations, meeting minutes and guidance of public security bureaus, procuratorates and courts at all levels, common and significant procedural law, and guiding cases of substantive law; we pay attention to handling criminal cases in interdisciplinary, multi-disciplinary, team-oriented and accurate ways; we have in-depth knowledge and achievements dealing with smuggling, drugs, intellectual property, finance, taxation, commercial bribery, job-related crimes and traditional crimes. We also have extensive trial experiences with solid professional and theoretical knowledge, not only limited to major and famous cases supervised by the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Public Security Departments and China Securities Regulatory Commission, but also the cases broadcasted by leading nationwide media, such as CCTV, as well as other important provincial and municipal television and newspapers.

V&T actively participate in various social welfare activities, and committed to the promotion of children, education and other public welfare undertakings for a long time. In August 2000, V&T donated funds to open “Sai Jin Hope Primary School”, and construction completed in August, 2004. We also set up Scholarship in a number of law Schools, such as Peking University, China University of Political Science and Law, and Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
