Structure and composition:

The outer layer is made of polyurethane (TPU) film, which has the functions of waterproof, breathable, and isolating foreign bacteria.

The intermediate layer is a water colloid made of carboxymethyl cellulose sodium (CMC), which mainly absorbs wound exudate, maintains a constant temperature and humidity environment, and promotes wound healing.

The bottom layer is coated with adhesive layer, which can fix the wound and has the characteristic of reducing viscosity after wetting. When removed, it will not cause secondary damage to the wound.

Why are the length, density, and shape of microneedles so important? 

Through the investigation of the effects of different lengths and densities of microneedles after entering the skin, it was concluded from the experimental data that only when the length of the microneedles is 200um and the density is between 320 and 750 needles/cm2, can a balance be achieved between permeability and safety, ensuring the improvement of acne. 

It can deliver active ingredients efficiently without harming the functional structure of deeper parts, which is effective and safe, suitable for home use, without a recovery period, and can be used immediately after application, which is in line with the consumption habits of modern consumers.

Microneedle acne patch packaging

Compared with traditional skincare products, soluble microneedles have significant advantages. The absorption rate of traditional skincare products is about 3%-7%, while the delivery rate of PDRN soluble nano microneedles is as high as around 92%. Moreover, microneedle skincare products can not only avoid skin irritation, allergies, and other issues caused by high concentrations or long-term use of chemical penetration enhancers, but also achieve effects similar to mesotherapy treatments.

Silicone Foam Dressing

Silicone gel foam dressing is a self-adhesive, highly absorbent dressing composed of a soft silicone gel contact layer, a soft hydrophilic polyurethane foam, and a breathable outer membrane. It protects the wound from external irritants while absorbing exudate, providing an optimal healing environment for the wound.

It can absorb more than 12 times its own weight in exudate, helping to reduce the frequency of dressing changes.

Instruction For Use

Carefully clean the wound and the surrounding area with sterile water or saline solution, and gently pat the surrounding skin dry.

Protects the wound from external contamination, prevents liquid penetration, and reduces the risk of infection.

Shock-absorbing and damping, it reduces the impact of external forces on the foam-covered wound.

Self-adhesive, eliminating the need for secondary fixation.

Gentle adhesion provides strong bonding while minimizing secondary damage during dressing changes or removal, reducing wound trauma and pain to the greatest extent possible.

To avoid contact with the adhesive area, hold the dressing with release paper and gently apply it to the wound.

Center the foam pad over the wound, avoiding contact with the sterile adhesive area, and then gently press it into place.

Instructions and Tips for Using IV Catheter Dressings

1. Open the sterile packaging and take out the transparent dressing. After the disinfectant on the puncture site has completely dried, apply the transparent dressing, with the release liner removed, to the puncture area.

The ultra-thin design allows it to adhere perfectly to the skin.

The breathable tape for recording and securing allows the operator to conveniently note the patient's name, time, and bed number, while also providing additional fixation to facilitate quality control.

2. Observe the puncture site through the transparent dressing, placing the puncture site in the center of the dressing. Align the pre-cut opening on the frame of the transparent dressing with the IV catheter.

3. When applying the dressing, let it naturally hang without stretching it. Press the dressing lightly from the puncture site outward. Then, begin removing the frame structure from the pre-cut opening, while simultaneously pressing the transparent dressing in place as you peel off the frame.

4. Smooth out the transparent dressing covering the skin around the IV catheter to secure it more firmly. Write the user's name, date, and bed number on the breathable tape. Then peel off the breathable tape and attach it to one side of the transparent dressing for easy removal later or to secure it to the IV infusion line.
