      电加热蒸汽发生器是一种筒式电加热蒸汽设备，在锅筒内布置了不锈钢加热管，或在筒体外均匀缠绕电磁高频线圈，筒体外部用硅酸铝毯整体覆盖保温，将给水系统、控制系统，加热系统集成安装，外观整洁移动方便。到达使用现场后接上电源和水源后即可使用。蒸汽发生器设有可靠的水位控制、压力控制等连锁控制装置。加热管布置在炉体的下部，电加热蒸汽发生器可完全吸收电能，热效率高无烟囱零排放环保节能结构紧凑合理。

       按TSG G0001-2012《锅炉安全技术监察规程》1.3（1）条对不适用锅炉的定义，设计正常水位水容积小于30L的蒸汽发生器，不属于《锅炉压力容器制造监督管理办法》规定的产品安全性能强制监督检验的范畴，所以可免去地方监督检验。
