Q：请问贵司在两业融合发展中取得了哪些成就？

ACROBiosystems is a manufacturing enterprise in the upstream of the biopharmaceutical industry. We are committed to helping pharmaceutical companies to reduce the difficulty of drug R&D and to lower production costs, so that more innovative therapies and drugs can be made available to more patients. Under the care and support of leaders at all levels in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, our company is honored to be selected as one of the pilot enterprises for the “Integrating Two Industries” initiative and will subsequently take the responsibility of enhancing the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, cultivating a modern industrial system, and accomplishing the goal of high-quality development.

We insist on independent source innovation, constantly breaking through technical bottlenecks and overcoming key technical "hindrance" problems. For domestic and overseas customers engaged in innovative therapies such as cell gene therapy, we have developed a series of high-quality GMP-grade products and test kits. Additionally, we are working to solve issues such as the high cost of core raw material, poor stability, and other pain points for the industry. We are breaking the monopoly of international brands and actualizing domestic substitution.

On the foundation of manufacturing as our core, we are gradually exploring and transforming from simply producing and selling products to a more comprehensive development model of "products + services". Based on the industry needs of our customers, we continue to deepen and expand technology services for biomedicine, making full use of new service demand brought about by new technology launching, and continue to iterate our technologies and models to empower manufacturing, design new solutions and develop new products.

In terms of service types, we have gradually built up a full range of multi-level service capabilities, including customized protein and antibody expression service, customized functional cell line service, analytical method development service, drug quality characterization and clinical pathology testing, etc., expanding industry capacity and elevating the value chain from a single-molecule-interaction analysis service. The company's service platform has also successfully obtained ISO13485 certification and CNAS, etc. In FY2022, the company realized a total revenue of nearly 500 million yuan, of which the compound annual growth rate of service business exceeded 60%, and the revenue of service business was steadily increasing. Through the implementation of the two-industry integration pilot project, we have accelerated the transformation and upgrading from the traditional manufacturing model to the new manufacturing model of "product + service". We have fully utilized our technological advantages in manufacturing, promoted the in-depth integration with enterprises upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, sparked new opportunities, released growth potential, promoted high-quality development, and consolidated our competitive advantages.

On the one hand, ACRO will play its role in this pilot project as a model enterprise and industry leader, utilize the company's advantages in customer base, sales channels, technology platform etc., to promote in-depth integration and sharing of resources, production capacity and market, with both upstream and downstream enterprises. Utilizing bioSeedin's sub-brand, we will build a communication platform for the industry, create an industry ecology, and further promote the communication and exchange of talents and technologies by organizing industry conferences and seminars.

On the other hand, we will aim to enhance regional collaboration. Under the care and support of leaders at all levels in the Economic and Technological Development Zone, the company will invest in the construction of a new headquarters in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. Relying on the talent advantage and customer resource advantage of Beijing's international science and technology innovation center, the company will further delve into the Jingkai District and strengthen the close connection with biopharmaceutical enterprises in the district, and even the whole Beijing area. Through supply chain coordination and other means, we will closely connect the two ends, production and consumption, supply, and demand, and play a leading role in the pilot project. It will open a new chapter for further integration and development of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries in the field of biomedicine.

On December 22, 2023, ACROBiosystems partnered with Shanghai Baijiatong to co-host an offline event themed "Christmas Llama DIY" at the ACRO Shanghai office. On that day, 125 customers participated. They selected accessories to dress up an adorable Christmas llama and actively took part in activities such as enjoyable group photos and lucky draws. The event effectively highlighted the richness and fun factors of ACRO's market initiatives, receiving unanimous praise from customers. Some expressed, "The event was meaningful and brimming with a Christmas atmosphere. We didn't expect ACRO to not only offer excellent products but also organize fantastic events. ACROBiosystems Establishes Industrial Scholarship at Peking University School of Life Sciences

To support education at Peking University's School of Life Sciences, and better promote education, research, and talent cultivation work, ACROBiosystems has established the "ACROBiosystems Life Science Industry scholarship", which began in 2023. On December 17th, 2023, the 2023 Scholarship Awards Ceremony was held at Peking University. Jessie Chen, Vice President of ACROBiosystems Group and alumni of Peking University, Lin Tao, Vice President, and Secretary of the Board Directors, attended the ceremony and awarded the scholarship.

In the past three months, I had the privilege of being part of the HR recruitment team at ACRO, gaining profound insights into the challenges and joys of this field.

Company Culture and Recruitment Team Atmosphere

ACRO's culture emphasizes innovation and collaboration, which is reflected in the recruitment team. We are encouraged to explore new recruitment strategies and collectively discover the most effective methods for talent acquisition. The team's collaborative atmosphere creates a sense of happiness, working in a positive and efficient team.

Learning and Growth

During the internship, I delved into every aspect of the recruitment process. From job postings to resume screening and interview arrangements, I gradually familiarized myself with the entire recruitment lifecycle. Simultaneously, through participating in talent assessment, I enhanced sensitivity to candidates' abilities and suitability, laying the groundwork for future recruitment work.
