4月17日上午，为进一步丰富周末留校生生活，感受潍坊风筝文化，在值班领导及老师的带领下，校区周末留校生一起来到潍坊滨海国际风筝放飞场，共同见证了第三十八届潍坊国际风筝节万人放飞的盛况。这场盛大的国际化盛会帮助同学们进一步了解潍坊风筝文化，体验潍坊风筝节迷人风采，加深了对潍坊风筝文化、风土人文的了解。

4月20日、27日，艺体组、语文组、文综组的老师们分别进行了“我的枫叶梦想”演讲比赛。赛后周凯校长表示，作为枫叶人，要更新观念，转换思维，融入枫叶。在繁忙紧张的工作中不忘初心，及时梳理工作思路和方向。要把工作当事业，不断提升自身价值，让自己的职业之路越走越宽。同时，老师们也要切合工作确定符合实际的目标，不断提升自己，努力达成目标。在提升专业的同时积极展现自己，在过程中的高要求，多磨练，同样是促进提升班主任和教学工作的重要方式之一。

4月20日下午社团结束后，周凯校长给同学们召开了一次特殊的会议——中小学教育惩戒条例会议。不仅让孩子知道自己做错了老师可以怎样惩罚自己，同时也教育孩子，老师们也需要遵守规则，如果发现老师有条例上的不正当行为，要勇敢告知校长，学会保护自己。今后，枫叶的每一位老师都会和孩子一起自我管理，坚持“尊重在前，教育在后，合理管教，及时评价，爱在其中”的原则，规范自己的言行举止，为人师表，以身作则。
