这里是远古生命的起源之地，两亿年前地球霸主恐龙在楚雄这片风水宝地上繁衍生息；这里诞生了最古老的东方人类，800多万年前早期人类的祖先腊玛古猿就在这片土地上生活繁衍，170万年前的“元谋人”在这里诞生；这里中华优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展，中原文化、古滇文化、民族文化、边陲文化相互交融；这里被誉为“赛装之源、彝绣之根”，诞生了比世界流行的T台时尚文化早一千多年的彝族赛装节，被称为“世界最早的T台秀”……
“世界恐龙之乡”“东方人类故乡”“世界野生菌王国”“中国绿孔雀之乡”，拥有四张世界级名片的楚雄，文脉绵长、底蕴深厚，是全国30个少数民族自治州中两个彝族自治州之一。近年来，楚雄彝族自治州贯彻落实习近平文化思想和习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想，坚持以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线，深挖自身资源禀赋，改善旅游基础设施，创新文旅融合发展，推进各民族互嵌共荣，使旅游业成为促进各民族广泛交往交流交融的重要抓手，成为构筑中华民族共有精神家园的重要动力。
风吹仙袂飘飘举，霓裳一舞动四方。在日前举行的首届楚雄时装周活动中，来自老挝、缅甸、柬埔寨、越南、泰国等友好国家和省内外24个州（市）、楚雄州10县（市）的民族服装企业和设计师，39场精品走秀，1100多套异彩纷呈的民族服装服饰精彩亮相，让火火楚雄再次惊艳世界。
为期7天的首届楚雄时装周，以高度思想性、艺术性、时尚性集中展现别具一格、多元创新的民族服装服饰，是“中国风”和“世界范”的全新结合，搭建起楚雄面向云南、全国、全世界展示美好楚雄、美好云南、美好中国的平台，成为展示楚雄依托自身旅游资源创新铸牢中华民族共同体意识鲜活实践的窗口，唱响了各美其美、美美与共、世界共享的华彩乐章。
拓展空间
构建“三交”新格局
从首届楚雄时装周启幕，到39场时装走秀、万人左脚舞、非遗雅集、服装服饰论坛、招商推介会，再到时装周盛典等活动的精彩绽放，楚雄州积极构建各民族交往交流交融平台，推动海内外服饰文化互学互鉴互赏，书写了中外文化交流、民心相通的新篇章。
将中国悠久的织造历史、复杂的传统工艺、绚丽的图案艺术，以更时尚的服装样式展现在大家面前，在一针一线间感受非遗传承的融合与创新……在首届楚雄时装周上，每天轮番上演的精品走秀无疑是最美轮美奂、引人注目的部分。
绣娘张吉花是曲靖市非遗传承人，本次时装周她带来26套服饰展示。她说：“能把曲靖的服装服饰带到楚雄时装周，我感到非常自豪，这是一场非遗服饰交流的盛会。本次展示的服饰融合了年轻人喜欢的设计风格和元素，具有花色多、针法巧的特点，在颜色上容易搭配，组合起来的款式也比较多。”
“楚雄时装周为服装服饰展示搭建了一个很好的平台，进一步加强了非遗服饰的交流互鉴，激发了我们的创作灵感，今后我们会将各地非遗元素融合起来，创作出更多充满生命力的服饰。”红河哈尼族彝族自治州石屏县绣美彝山文化传播有限责任公司设计师张华说。
台上裙摆飞扬，台下观众纷纷拿起手机、相机记录下一个个惊艳的瞬间。楚雄市民唐裕川说：“自首届楚雄时装周启幕以来，我们几乎参加了每一场专场大秀，看到了风格各异、丰富多彩的服装服饰，我没想到非遗元素能跟时尚融合得那么好，让人惊艳，期待以后能有更多这样的时装秀，向我们展示不同服装服饰的美。”
本次时装周为何落户楚雄？这源于楚雄州坚持自信自强、守正创新，以推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展为己任，以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线，在国家有关部委、省级有关部门的关心支持下，楚雄州围绕“搭建各民族交往交流交融、海内外服饰互学互鉴互赏的‘两个平台’，全力打造服装服饰创意设计、生产加工、产品交易、人才培养‘四个中心’”目标，用现代时尚激活千年赛装的文化基因，以赛装比美的传统丰富现代时尚内涵，以赛装为名、以时尚为媒，融古今服饰文化于一炉，集中外时尚潮流于一台，促成本次时装周落户楚雄。
文明因多样而交流，因交流而互鉴，因互鉴而发展。首届楚雄时装周是楚雄州推动文旅深度融合促进各民族交往交流交融的一个缩影。
近年来，楚雄州坚持典型示范、创新引领，推动区域联手打造更多品质化、特色化、定制化，体现中华民族共同体意识和民族团结进步价值理念的旅游产品和精品线路，发挥市场主体在旅游促进各民族交往交流交融中的积极作用，有针对性开展招商引资工作，给予旅游促进各民族交往交流交融项目支持。树立品牌意识，筛选打造旅游促进各民族交往交流交融优势项目，提升示范带动作用。在此过程中，各族群众积极融入和服务经济社会发展，共享着旅游业高质量发展的红利，获得感、幸福感不断提升，旅游业高质量发展被赋予彰显中华民族共同体意识的意义，赋予改善民生、凝聚人心的新内涵，“五个认同”不断增强，推动楚雄民族团结进步创建更具发展力。
