If you find that we have disclosed confidential informations, trade secrets or specific contents of practice, you can choose to warn or cancel the agreement.5.若因我方原因致使资料或熟知的商业秘密泄露而导致贵方损失，贵方可向我方索取赔偿。双方若有无法调解的分歧，贵方可向有管辖权的法院对我方提起诉讼。5. If your loss is caused by the disclosure of informations or well-known trade secrets due to our reasons, you can claim compensation from us. If there is an irreconcilable difference between you and us, you may file a lawsuit against us in a court of competent jurisdiction.
