在集团、事业部领导的关心指导下、在全体“星湖人”的共同努力下,华宝集团香原料事业部旗下广东省肇庆华宝星湖食品科技有限公司新生产基地,历经两年建设,于2024年1月20日正式建成投产。
开业典礼现场,华宝国际控股有限公司总裁、华宝香精股份有限公司董事长夏利群先生、香原料事业部总经理薛金春先生、广东省肇庆香料厂有限公司总经理张翼飞先生、广东省肇庆华宝星湖食品科技有限公司总经理张海燕女士为新公司点睛、揭牌。

Mr. Xue Jinchun, General Manager of Huabao Group Aroma Raw Materials Segment, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.
Mr. Xue said that the successful holding of the groundbreaking ceremony was an important moment in the history of the Segment. Today's achievements cannot be separated from the concern of leaders at all levels in Zhaoqing, the support of every customer, and more importantly, the care of the President and Mr. Xia. It is all the personnel of Zhaoqing Spice Plant who have worked hard and jointly achieved this moment.

精益生产是一项以最大限度地减少企业生产所占用的资源、降低企业管理和运营成本为主要目标的生产方式,是先进制造业企业降本增效的重要一环,同时精益生产也是企业的一种理念,一种文化,实施精益生产的过程就是不断追求完美、不断追求卓越的过程,也是在永无止境的学习过程中获得满足的一种境界。
2023年伊始,集团确定了精益生产作为华宝长期发展的重要战略支撑,并制定了三年推进计划,确定了江西孔雀、江西香海、江西芯荟、广东嘉豪四家公司作为首批试点企业。

Lean production is a production method with the main goal of minimizing the resources occupied by enterprise production and reducing the cost of enterprise management and operation. It is an important part of advanced manufacturing enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Meanwhile, lean production is also an enterprise's philosophy and culture, the implementation of which is the constant pursuit of perfection and excellence. It is also a realm of fulfillment in the never-ending learning process.

为总结“精益经验”,分享“精益成果”,搭建“精益平台”,2024年1月17日,集团在江西孔雀组织召开2023年度精益生产总结会议。华宝国际控股有限公司副总裁赵德旭先生出席并讲话。集团总部、华宝股份、江西孔雀、江西芯荟、江西香海、广东嘉豪、吉首烟材、永州山香、江西奕方等多名企业代表参加本次会议。
总结会议分年度总结、工作计划、经验分享、现场参观交流四个环节。会议伊始,集团战略发展部、烟用原料事业部、江西孔雀、江西香海、广东嘉豪、江西芯荟依次对2023年的工作情况和2024年的工作计划进行了总结与汇报,各企业相关负责人进行了细致有效的交流和经验分享。

To summarize the "Lean experience", share the "Lean results" and build a "Lean platform", on January 17, the Group held the 2023 Lean Production Summary Meeting in Jiangxi H&K. Mr. Zhao Dexu, Vice President of Huabao International Holdings Limited, attended and delivered a speech. Representatives from the Group's headquarters, Huabao Co., Ltd., Jiangxi H&K, Jiangxi Xinhui, Jiangxi Shamhai, Jiahao Foods, Jishou Tobacco Materials, Yongzhou Samshiang, Jiangxi Yifang and other enterprises attended the meeting.
The meeting was divided into four parts: annual summary, work plan, experience sharing, and on-site visit and exchange. At the beginning of the meeting, the Group's Strategic Development Department, Tobacco Raw Material Division, Jiangxi H&K, Jiangxi Shamhai, Jiahao Foods, and Jiangxi Xinhui summarized and reported their work in 2023 and the work plan in 2024. In response, the relevant persons in charge of each enterprise carried out detailed and effective exchanges and experience sharing.

江西孔雀 Jiangxi H&K
结合多品种、小批量、定制化的订单模式,为提高交付率,降低库存,江西孔雀积极开展JIT(准时化)的生产模式,加快了换型速度、节省了生产时间,优化了库存,产出效率增加18%,库存量降低约50%,库存资金占用金额降低了1665万元。其物料管道损耗优化案例在集团内部具有广泛借鉴价值。
Based on the order pattern of multi-species, small batch, and customization, Jiangxi H&K actively carries out the production mode of JIT (Just-In-Time). This mode is aimed at improving the delivery rate and reducing inventory, which can accelerate the speed of model changeover, save production time, and optimize inventory. Its output efficiency has increased by 18%, inventory has been reduced by about 50%, and the amount of capital employed in inventory has been reduced by 16.65 million RMB. Its material pipeline loss optimization case has a wide reference value within the Group.

江西香海Jiangxi Shamhai
年度内共收集了精益改善提案82条。其中,通过技术进步和工艺创新,江西香海有效降低了产品的制造成本,如叶醇加氢催化剂的原料成本降低了约58%。
A total of 82 lean improvement proposals were collected during the year. Among them, Jiangxi Shamhai has effectively reduced the manufacturing cost of products through technological progress and process innovation. For example, the raw material cost of leaf alcohol hydrogenation catalyst was reduced by about 58%.

嘉豪中山工厂Jiahao Foods Zhongshan Factory
深耕精益生产8年的广东嘉豪,向与会人员分享了6大精益改善项目的成果,全年目标达成率达到134.03%。其精益改善项目的评价体系及激励方案得到与会企业的认可,并深入探讨全集团推广的途径和方式。
Jiahao Foods, which has been deeply engaged in lean production for 8 years, shared the results of 6 major lean improvement projects with the participants. The annual target achievement rate reached 134.03%. The evaluation system and incentive program of its lean improvement projects were recognized by the participating enterprises. Its ways and means of group-wide promotion were discussed in depth.

2023年,各试点企业共提出改善提案260余条,其中重大改善项目40项,年化收益超1000万,同时在安全生产、质量保证、生产效率和及时交付率的提高等方面都取得了不俗的成绩,在集团内部初步形成了“精益改善,追求卓越”的文化氛围。
在研讨环节,各研讨小组结合罗盖特、丹纳赫等知名企业的精益理念和模式,围绕如何打造具有华宝特色的精益生产系统进行了热烈讨论,最终确定了华宝的五大精益生产核心目标:安全第一、质量中心、及时交付、技术创新、成本优势。此外,与会企业还围绕如何制定集团统一的精益生产评价体系和精益培训交流平台进行了探讨。
研讨会最后,华宝国际控股有限公司副总裁、集团精益生产领导小组组长赵德旭先生对本次会议做了总结。赵总首先对各企业对集团精益工作的鼎力支持和配合、每一位为精益生产工作辛勤付出的同仁、承办此次会议的江西孔雀表达了诚挚的感谢。

In 2023, the pilot enterprises put forward more than 260 improvement proposals in total, of which 40 were major improvement projects, with an annualized revenue of over 10 million. They have achieved remarkable results in terms of safety, quality assurance, productivity, and timely delivery. A cultural atmosphere of "Lean Improvement, Pursuit of Excellence" has been initially formed within the Group.
In the seminar session, the groups referred to the lean concepts and models of Roget, Danaher, and other famous enterprises, and had a warm discussion about how to build a lean production system with Huabao's characteristics. Five core goals of the lean production of Huabao were finally identified: safety first, quality center, timely delivery, technological innovation, and cost advantage. In addition, the participating enterprises also discussed how to develop the group's unified lean production evaluation system and lean training exchange platform.

Through cooperation with professional organizations, Jiangxi Xinhui has promoted comprehensive and systematic lean production, including the development and improvement of regulations, planning of personnel training programs, the establishment of a lean training platform, improvement of the lean database, and the shared improvement cases platform. A series of initiatives have created a good foundation for the cultivation of lean talents and the enhancement of lean capabilities.

At the end of the seminar, Mr. Zhao Dexu, Vice President of Huabao International Holdings Limited and leader of the Group's Lean Manufacturing Leadership Team, summarized the meeting. First of all, Mr. Zhao expressed his sincere thanks to the enterprises for their full support and cooperation in the Group's lean work, to every colleague who worked hard for the lean production work, and to Jiangxi H&K, which hosted the meeting.
Referring to the suggestions of the participating enterprises, Mr. Zhao said that the Group would strive to build a lean production training platform and a lean proposal management platform, establish a lean production evaluation and incentive system, set up a lean improvement case library, as well as provide expert consulting services. Besides, the group will constantly create a lean culture atmosphere through positive incentives. Moreover, the Group will also organize relevant personnel to go to brother enterprises and external leading enterprises for exchange and learning on occasion.
He emphasized that lean work is an important initiative to build "Hundred Years Huabao". In the process of promoting lean work, everyone can not only create value for the enterprise, but also improve the quality of the individual's mind, get more sense of achievement and happiness, and realize the win-win development of the individual and the enterprise.

他强调,精益工作是建设“百年华宝”的一项重要举措,每个人在推进精益工作的过程中,不仅能为企业创造价值,同时也能提升个人的心灵品质,获得更多成就感和幸福感,实现个人和企业的双赢发展。
在现场参观环节,与会人员共同前往江西孔雀、江西芯荟工厂实地观摩、交流。江西孔雀的自动化抓取生产数据、制造工艺参数与生产环境实时监控,让大家对数字化工厂和“零”不良设计有了更深的认知。江西芯荟生产车间现场的5S管理、目视化、标准作业和现场维持标准等精益化的生产现场,也给大家留下了深刻的印象。

Management never ends, lean has no rest. Next, the Group will make a more scientific and reasonable promotion plan and implementation steps according to the actual situation of each enterprise based on the work in 2023 so that we can ensure that lean production will be carried out solidly and effectively in 2024, which will add fuels to the high-quality development of Huabao.

The project team first reported on the overall situation of Huabao Group's fund management platform phase II project, the blueprint program, and the follow-up work plan. When it comes to the non-alcohol space, Black Swan's Tomassi points out the company's AI-driven predictive algorithm can surface and analyze many of the functional benefit and health led trends within the space. “These trends are harder to apply directly to the alcohol space for obvious reasons," she says. "However, they form a broader picture of consumers becoming holistically healthier in their approach to alcohol consumption, and when drinking alcohol our data shows that consumers increasingly value the overall experience."

The core belief of traditional Chinese medicine (中医, zhōng yī, /jong ee/) is about the yin-yang (阴阳, yīnyáng) or qi balance in the body and its organs. It is believed that qi is life energy, and its flow in the body depends on the environment and what happens to the body. The balance of qi in the parts of the body depends on the flow of various kinds of qi and fluids. Injury, physical suffering, and lack of proper food causes a qi deficiency 气虚 (qìxū).
It is believed that qi deficiencies (i.e. poor health) in a person or a body part can be corrected by eating proper food, taking herbs and medicines, using physical manipulation such as cupping, moxibustion, acupuncture and massage, or doing meditation and physical exercise such as qigong.

Since 1964 the population has grown, exceeding one million in the early 1980s and approaching two million in the early 21st century. Meanwhile, the rate of labour migration abroad has been reduced by a combination of restrictions by South Africa and increased employment opportunities at home. Botswana has provided a home, and sometimes eventual citizenship, for significant numbers of refugees from South Africa, Angola, and Zimbabwe.
The age and gender composition of the country is weighted by an increasingly youthful population: approximately one-third are younger than 15, and another one-third are between the ages of 15 and 29. The 2001 census showed life expectancy of 49.6 years at birth for females and 51.6 years for males, compared with the 1981 figures of 61.2 and 54.7 years, respectively.

Domestic trade patterns within Botswana are dominated by large, mostly foreign-owned wholesale operations and large foreign retailers in urban areas, though there is also an increasing proliferation of small stores owned by citizens.
Botswana, along with South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, and Namibia, belongs to the Southern African Customs Union (SACU), which allows for the free exchange of goods between member countries. Botswana is also a member of the Southern African Development Community (SADC), a regional organization focused on economic cooperation and integration.
Botswana sends some of its exports to other Southern African countries, but most of its exports are sent to the world market beyond Africa, mainly to Europe. It takes about three-fourths of its imports from its neighbours. Imports consist of machinery and transport equipment, food products, and consumer goods, often manufactured or serviced by multinational companies based in South Africa. Other imports from the rest of the world consist largely of high-technology equipment.
