Dimethylthiotoulenediamine (DMTDA) Equivalent to Ethancure 300 (Albemarle). It is a liquid aromatic diamine with low chronic toxicity,is an effective curative for polyurethane cast elastomers , It is used in both hot and room-temperature casting. Other uses include as a slower chain extender for polyurethane urea and polyurea elastomers in reaction injection molding, structural reaction injection molding and hand-applied and spray coating applications,alone or in blends with DETDA curative。

Polyurethane Elastomers
Polyurethane Elastomers are polymer materials containing urethane groups which are produced by the reaction of a polyol isocyanate. It can be used to produce PU rod, sheet, PU roller, PU oil seals, PU shoe sole, skidding wheel, PU mould, PU gel and other PU elastomers.

Description: As a general guide
Polyethers are usually applied in products undergo dynamics stress, i.e..They have advantages such as high resilience, low temperature performance and water resistance. Polyethers have lower viscosity and specific gravity than other products.
Polyester based urethanes have superior abrasion resistance, tear resistance, oil and solvent resistance.
MDI based products have lower odor than TDI series and have superior hydrolysis resistance and higher resilience.
TDI based products are less sensitive to moisture, shorter demould time and lower cure temperature compared to MDI series.
Polycaprolactones enjoy good cut, tear, load bearing and abrasion resistance & better hydrolysis resistance compared to Polyesters series.
Notes:
-Cure agent: Cured by MOCA or other curing agent.
-Color: Color can be adjusted by adding pigment.
-Pacaking: 20 kg or 200 kg per drum.
-The typical values in the chart should not be used as specifications.
Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening the packaging, please use it up as quickly as possible in case of any deterioration caused by moisture. If not,any open can must be tightly sealed under dry nitrogen. Shelf life is 6 months in their original unopened containers.

INTRODUCTION:
PU Safety shoe-sole system is used to make safety shoe outsoles and inner soles. It is polyester-based PU system material, consist of four components, polyol, ISO, hardner and catalyst. Pu Sandal Shoe Sole System
1. INTRODUCTION:
PU Sandal shoe-sole system is the polyester-based PU system materials, consist of four components: polyol, ISO, hardner and catalyst. The processing of this system is two components. In this case the catalyst, harder, blowing agent and pigment should be mixed thoroughly with the polyol component EXD-3070A before reaction with ISO component EXD-3022B. This system material is used to produce low density and medium hardness Sandal, casual & cloth shoes. Processing of the system is normally performed with injection machine.
