世纪云城橡胶保护漆

世纪云城牌橡胶保护漆是以改性多元共聚树脂为基料，添加多种填充料、颜料、助剂以及一部分助溶剂经科学加工而成的液体厚质涂膜材料。世纪云城牌橡胶保护漆涂膜柔韧有弹性，黏结力优良，适合应用在需要进行紫外线屏蔽的场所使用，起到遮蔽紫外线照射的作用。

1、可以在光滑的基层直接施工不需要界面处理。 　　

2、涂层柔韧，对基层收缩和变形适应性强。　

3、装饰性能好，可以调颜色。 

4、耐候性能好，独有的耐候树脂可以抵抗紫外线的照射。

1、基层处理：基层应清洗至干净、无浮灰和油污； 　　

2、细部处理：在大面积涂刷前，所有异形结构处如：把手、阴阳角、管道根部和特别小角度的圆弧等节点处先涂刷1～2遍橡胶保护漆做附加处理。 　　

3、大面涂刷方法：宜分多遍涂刷本产品（2～3遍涂刷），每遍干燥后才可涂后一遍，并不同方向进行（第二遍涂刷方向与第一遍涂刷方向垂直）。　　

4、稀释方法：如天气干燥过热，导致粘稠度太大，可以加入不超过5%的水进行稀释，严禁过量稀释，严禁使用醇酸、环氧、二甲苯等有机溶剂。

1、本产品施工时气温不能低于5℃。 　　

2、本品不能被食用，如吞服或饮用请立即就医。 　　

3、开盖时略有沉淀属于正常现象，请搅拌均匀后使用。

Shijiyuncheng protective coating for rubber surface

1. It can be directly constructed on smooth base without interface treatment.

2. Flexible and adaptable to different base surface.

3. Good decorative performance,different colors availabe.

4. Good weather resistance, unique weather resistant resin can resist ultraviolet radiation.

1. Base treatment: the base should be cleaned to be  free of floating ash and oil;

2. Additional treatment: before large-area painting, all detail structures, such as handle, icorners, pipe root and special small angle arc, shall be painted with 1-2 times of rubber protective paint.

3. Large surface painting method: it is better to paint the product in multiple times (2-3 times)and in different directions (the second painting direction is perpendicular to the first painting direction),make sure the primer layer of coating is dry before painting the next layer, .

4. Dilution method: if the weather is dry and overheated, resulting in too high viscosity, no more than 5% water can be added for dilution, excessive dilution is strictly prohibited, and organic solvents such as alkyd, epoxy and xylene are strictly prohibited.

1. Application temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃.

2. This product cannot be eaten. If swallowed or drunk, please go see doctor immediately.

3.  Please mix well before using.
