技术特点：
1、 灌装系统使用电子磁轮泵（磁力齿轮泵）加特制单向阀，保证了灌装精度可控制在±0.3g-0.5g以内，长期使用，为客户节约了大量精华液成本，且清洗方便。
2、 灌装至封口导槽采用加长弧形结构，可兼容较软且长度220mm的面膜袋。导槽最小可调节到80mm，可兼容眼膜袋，扩大了设备使用的通性。
3、 灌装至封口导槽采用加长弧形结构，可兼容软袋、薄袋，无需额外增加任何“软袋装置”，且封口美观、平整，压码字粒清晰。
4、 封口模具更换字粒、压码（生产日期）与不压码互换方便。
5、 封口磨具表面镀层纬“铁氟龙”材质，使用任何材质的膜袋，避免沾胶而导致封口不良。
6、 各通道可单独控制，在设备出现故障且技术人员未达到现场时，可最大限度避免整机停止运行，较小人工成本的浪费和生产效率的降低。
7、 填充嘴及所有与料体接触部分均采用316L不锈钢定制，且采用无死角结构，可保障精华液无残留，安全卫生；填充嘴与填充堵头接触的密封部分使用特制密封圈，长期使用，避免了高频率摩擦产生缝隙而导致精华液滴漏。

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

4.It is convenient for the sealing mold to exchange characters, pressing(production date) and not pressing.
5.The surface coating of the sealing abrasive tool is made of "Tefionmaterial,and the film bag of any material is used to avoid the adhesion of gtue and lead to poor sealing.
6.Each channel can be controlled separately. When the equipment fails and the technician does not reach the site, it can avoid the whole machine from stopping operation to the greatest extent, resulting in less waste of labor costs and reduction of production efficiency.
7.The flling nozzle and all parts in contact with the material body are made of 316L stainless steel, and the dead-angle structure is adopted to ensure that there is no residue of the essence, and it is safe and hygienic; the sealing part of the fling nozzle and the filing plug contact uses a special seaing ring, long-term Use to avoid the high-frequency friction o that creates gaps and causes the essence to drip.
