My grandfather loves appreciate tea very much. He has been immersed in the tea ceremony for decades. During the epidemic, because of the boredom of staying at home, I tried to drink tea. I have learned from my grandfather that drinking tea is not only a cultural inheritance, but also an expression of etiquette. I create this magazine to introduce a way to relax during epidemic.

Brief Introduction
Tea drinking is an integral part of Chinese culture.
China is the country of origin of tea and is known for its cultivation and brewing skills.
Its tea drinking practices spread to Europe and many other regions through cultural exchanges along the ancient "Silk Road" and other trade channels.
The Chinese tea culture has written a splendid page in the history of world civilization.
The development and promotion of tea is one of the major contributions of China to the world.
Green tea first appeared five thousand years ago and is the oldest type of Chinese tea. The initial processing of this tea was very simple. People either boiled the tea leaves directly from the tree or dried them for future use. Although the brewing method has changed over the centuries, it is still like its ancestors, with no fermentation and only slight oxidation. This allows the tea to retain more of its original flavor.
Traditionally, there are 10 of the world's most famous teas, but not all of the "best 10" lists are consistent. Here is a typical list: Longjing; Biluochun (Green Snail Spring); Tieguanyin (Iron Goddess Tea); Huangshan Mao Feng Tea; Junshan Yinzhen (Junshan Silver Needle Tea); Qimen Red Tea (Qimen Red Tea); Da Hongpao (Da Hongpao Tea); Liu'an Guazi (Liu'an Guazi Tea); Xinyang Mao Jian Tea; Taiping Houkui (Monkey King Tea).

Advantages
"Tea consumption, especially green tea, may not be the magic bullet, but it can be incorporated in an overall healthy diet with whole grains, fish, fruits and vegetables, and less red and processed meat," says Qi Sun, assistant professor in the Department of Nutrition at the Harvard School of Public Health.
The main health-promoting substances in tea are polyphenols, in particular catechins and epicatechins. Lab and animal studies say these molecules have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Harvard-led studies of large groups of people over time have found that tea or coffee drinkers are at lower risk for diabetes and possibly cardiovascular disease. Coffee also contains polyphenols.
