Look back on the past, look forward to the future, and work together for new milestone
During the meeting, we reviewed the past, summarized our experience and looked into the future. The meeting brought us fruitful results.
On the first day, the management reviewed the performance of APAC and China from a macro perspective, Shared the company's future business development strategy and direction, and demonstrated the confidence and determination to do a good job in China market development.
The next day's sales meeting was mainly about sharing the company's new products and policies, so that everyone could have a clearer understanding of the company's future development direction and policies
At this gathering, the company is committed to making our future policies more clear and further enhancing our confidence. We are confident that with your joint efforts, China will make steady progress and achieve new milestones in the near future.

At a meeting on the morning of 23 July, Mr. Gregoire and the department manager gave us a new perspective on the severe situation this year and the future reform. In view of the current market and sales problems, we need all the staff to work together. We had a good time in the afternoon kayaking.
On July 24, we participated in the brainstorming of the sales department and the training of the operation department. Brainstorming gives us a deeper understanding of what the Marketing Department needs to do in the future.
Operations training on SAP and procurement processes has enhanced future cooperation with purchasing departments.
I hope that through this meeting, we can put some Suggestions into practice and make our work more effective.
TEAM FEEDBACK
    In July, we hold a staff meeting on Yangcheng Lake.
    After the rain the lake was exceptionally clear, and the sky was blue. We started our meeting on such a day. we knew about the company's trends, expectations and future plan, and our voices were heard by leaders.
     We also had lots of new staff joined MOTUL. The team building made us knew each other very well.
    As the saying goes the rainbow after the rain days, we hope MOTUL will be better and better.

At the beginning of the summer, members of the MOTUL China's staff arrived in Shanghai from different places. After the delay of the flight, the suspension and cancellation of the high-speed railway, all of them arrived at the fairmont hotel on the bank of Yangcheng Lake safely.
The next day, the meeting was held in a sunny day, and the members of MOTUL dressed in red LOGO colors, looked especially lively. Looking back and looking forward, we firmly believe that we can better maintain the relationship between customers. Keep a good attitude.
The team building activity this time is canoeing, partners to deepen understanding while listening to the coach's explanation very carefully. We're a team, like a ship carrying passengers. We follow our inner thoughts and thoughts and attitudes. The boat is carrying your unfinished dream. Let go of all your worries and negativity and move forward bravely. 
The MOTUL China team will continue to create and face impossible tasks.
TEAM FEEDBACK
In July, Q2 staff meeting was held. Everyone arrived safely at the destination, Yangcheng Lake, an exceptionally beautiful water town. Thank you very much for waiting patiently at the airport and introducing the special local dinner carefully.
The meeting on the second day was an interesting introduction to new employees, a review of the work in the first half of the 18 years and a wonderful job sharing. Afternoon team activity - kayaking, under the coach's humorous and patient guidance, gradually expected. We believe that with perseverance and concerted efforts, we can achieve all the impossible things we expect
On the third day of the meeting, we would like to thank the company for the detailed training, so that we can have a better understanding of the company's process operation. At the same time, I also participated in the topic discussion of the sales meeting and put forward different opinions on various issues. I believe that with your unremitting efforts and hard work, Motul will become stronger and stronger.
