1. The candidate has not been recommended by other recruitment channels;
2. The candidate cannot be our current employee;
3. The individual income tax brought by the bonus would be borne by the employee himself/herself;
4. The employee who recommends the successful candidate and the employee who is recommended should both stay with the company when the referral bonus is paid;
5. For rehire, no referral bonus within 1 year;
6. Chairman of company, Department Head, Line Manager and HR are not eligible for the internal referral bonus;
7. Your recommendation for intern without referral bonus is also welcome.
